METHOD OF PAYMENT
This can be done at the time of order via PayPal Express (If you have a PayPal Account) or by Standard Payment which is Credit/Debit Cards (You don't have to have a PayPal Account). If you would like to do a payment via Bank Transfer this is also possible by contacting us prior to completing your order online.
 
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
Under the new Regulations you now have a Cooling off/ Cancellation period which expires after 14 days (Monday - Sunday) from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. From 9th - 20th Dec any Purchases bought as gifts can be returned or exchanged by 6th January 2020.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform Lily&Kirkby, fao Emma L Hurst, 11, Harwal Mill, Harwal Gate, Silsden, West Yorkshire, BD20 0FB U.K. by mobile on 07787422974 or by email at enquiry@lilyandkirkby.co.uk of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement and the goods must be returned with a clear note that this is a cancellation.
 
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, except for the supplementary costs (for example if you chose a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us or gift wrapping) as these extra charges will not be refunded.
 
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than –
(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
(b) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
 
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We will withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back and see that they are in a re-sellable state and in the original undamaged packaging. If the goods received back are not in the same state as we sent them out to you, then we have a right to make a deduction from the refund.
 
Return of Goods
You shall send back the goods to Lily&Kirkby, fao Emma L Hurst, 11, Harwal Mill, Harwal Gate, Silsden, West Yorkshire, BD20 0FB U.K., without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation of this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. 
 
Return Cost
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Please ensure that they are sent back signed for or Special Delivery dependent on their value, as they must be insured for the value you paid for the goods.
 
Exchanges
We are more than happy to offer an exchange should the colour, size or style not be suitable and if it is faulty we will replace it.
 
 
SIZES & COLOUR
Please note sizes can vary upto 10cm in length and upto 5cm in width between different batches of the same product to the sizes mentioned under each product as they are all hand cut in the tradtional way. Also the colours can vary slightly from the photos as dyes could vary between the batches and the resolution on the photo could be different as it depends on your individual computer, smartphone, tablets resolutions.

All orders will be sent as Standard which is offered free of charge for deliveries within the UK. Here are the timings for standard delivery in the UK for those products we have in stock:

For a supplement, alternative delivery options are available such as Next Day Special Delivery within the UK, Saturday Delivery within the UK and various International postage options - All of which can be changed to suit your delivery needs in the checkout process.
 
IMPORT REGULATIONS AND DUTY
If you order goods from our Site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. The recipient will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. However we say they are a gift to reduce chances of import duties.
 
GIFT WRAPPING
We offer various services (See the Gift Wrapping Options Tab), please let us know the occasion and what you would like to be written on the gift tag and we will happily ensure your order is suitably wrapped. This service is very popular for our baby blankets. In the Checkout process under delivery there is a question which asks whether you would like it gift wrapped and if you click on this question a full list of options pops up for you to choose from - please select just 1 option.
